By accepting to become a customer/subscriber or advertiser, you commit to the listing/advertising space reservations and agree to the terms and conditions of booking herewith
The terms “subscriber or advertiser” shall mean to include employees of the company and the term “Publisher” shall mean The Green Pages Zambia a division of Jiivana Services Limited.
Bookings reserved for which no artwork or copy is received by deadline date will still be charged at the agreed rate as stated on the booking template and liable for full payment. Payment for all Listings/Advertisements is due upon submission of the form, invoices must be settled within two working days of being issued. If payment for booking are not made when due, the Publishers may at their sole discretion re-allocate the space reserved.
Payment may be processed by Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT), Cash or Cheques. All payments should be made payable to Jiivana Services Limited. Banking details will be provided on request.
Cancellations must be made in writing, with a minimum notice of 5 working days. We regret cancellations can- not be accept after the publication date of a listing/advertisement.
The Publisher reserves the right to increase Listings/Advertisement rates at any time or amend the terms and conditions, however, written notice will be given to all subscribers 5 working days prior to the date of effective changes in this regard.
Neither Jiivana Services nor its contractors shall be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from non-publication of advert or from any errors or omissions contained in published copy/advert. Further they will not accept liability for any error on the part of third parties or inaccurate information received in the accepted copy instruction.
All Listings/Advertisements are subject to the editors final approval and any material which in the editors opinion could be considered offensive to readers will be censored or removed from the directory. Where possible you will be advised to supply alternative copy.
Listings/Advertisements must confirm to an ethical and moral code of advertising practice and must accurately reflect the product and/or service being advertised including any claims made. All claims made in the listings must be capable of being supported by evidence and the Publishers reserve the right to request proof on behalf of its customers.
The publication of any Listings/Advertisements does not construe the publishers endorsements of the advertiser, its products and/or services.
